Life would become useless without ongoing improvement. Dependability means that you can be relied upon to perform your duties properly. Train with a purpose and emphasize the essential element of teamwork. Each and every decision of yours, no matter the situation, must be based on your value system.

Endurance is the mental and physical stamina that is measured by your ability to withstand pain, fatigue, stress, and hardship.
